Diploma of Organic Farming

Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE in association with the Organic Agriculture Association offers a Diploma of Agriculture (Organic Farming).

This course is available through the Epping Campus of NMIT, located in the outer northern suburbs of Melbourne.

This program won the Organic Federation of Australia Best Organic Education Project in 2003.

The course consists of 10 units, five of which are available each year. Each unit comprises approximately 6 days of classes, plus online tutorials. The course is nationally recognised. At this stage it is not registered for overseas students.

The second year subjects are now concluding and the current course outline is under review.
