East Gippsland TAFE is introducing a Diploma
of Organic Farming in 2011. This course will be of interest to anyone
interested in gaining new skills in organic certification, sustainable
production, clean food production and/or making a contribution to
reducing CO2 emissions. It will assist you to develop a wide range
of organic agriculture techniques, including: organic soil improvement,
long-term weed and pest control and how to develop an organic management
plan.
